How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank EFT Transfer and now offer ZIP financing so you can upgrade now and pay later.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes. With ZIP, you can split payments into manageable installments. Select ZIP at checkout and follow the prompts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Sunset Speed ships worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location and the size of the product.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your region and chosen shipping method. Special-order or custom products may require additional handling time.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer complete upgrade packages?
Yes, we specialize in Jeep Trackhawk, RAM & TRX, Chrysler, and Jeep SRT performance packages. Each package is designed for maximum horsepower, reliability, and drivability.
Are your products genuine?
All parts sold at Sunset Speed come from trusted brands and performance manufacturers. We sell parts that we use on our own cars, a happy customer is what we strive for!
Do you offer installation services?
YES, as of 2025 Sunset Speed is now the home for parts supply and complete Workshop Services. If you are in another part of Australia to us, we can recommend trusted installers in select regions. Contact us for recommendations.
What is your return policy?
Unused products in original packaging and in good condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some items may be subject to restocking fees. Custom or special-order products are final sale.
