Sunset Speed – Terms & Conditions

By ordering from and using the Sunset Speed website, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below. Sunset Speed reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without notice.

1. Prices

• All prices are subject to change without notice and are updated automatically based on exchange rates and supplier costs.

• The final price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable within Australia unless otherwise specified.

• There are no hidden costs or additional charges unless clearly stated during checkout.

2. Website Errors

• In the event a product is listed with incorrect information, description, or price (including errors from suppliers), Sunset Speed reserves the right to correct the error.

• Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable resolution before processing the order.

3. Road Laws & Liability

• All products are sold with the assumption they will be used in a legal and responsible manner.

• Sunset Speed does not condone illegal street racing or unlawful activities.

• Unless otherwise stated, all products are intended for off-road use only.

• Sunset Speed accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect installation, or damage/injury to persons or property arising from the use of our products.

4. Warranty

• If a product is supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty card, it must be kept in order to make a warranty claim.

• Warranty claims cannot be processed without the original card.

• Sunset Speed will honour all valid manufacturer warranties.

5. Product Images

• Images displayed on the website may be stock photos provided by manufacturers.

• These may not always represent the exact product supplied, especially where multiple variations exist.

• Customers should contact Sunset Speed if clarification is needed before placing an order.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Orders cancelled after processing has begun (including backordered items) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued; no cash refunds will be given.

• Returns are only accepted if the product received is different from the product ordered.

• All return requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition to qualify.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

7. Used Parts

• Sunset Speed may act as a broker for used parts.

• All used parts are sold strictly “AS IS” and “WHERE IS.”

• No warranties (express or implied) are offered, including merchantability or fitness for purpose.

• By purchasing used parts, the buyer waives any and all claims against Sunset Speed relating to defects, damages, or injuries associated with these parts.

8. International Orders

• Customers outside Australia are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

• Some products may be too large to ship internationally; in these cases, the order will be refunded.
