During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors can gather/accumulate in your intake tube, intake manifold runners and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens in all engines and is even worse with forced inducted vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures are increased. To combat this, J&L have developed an oil separator of their own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O-ring seal to prevent any leaks.Filtering consists of a fine mesh stainless steel screen that traps fine oil vapors and releases them once heavy enough to fall. They then pass through a 1/2" thick 1/16th" aluminum honeycomb filter where they grow every larger and then fall into the bottom. By the time the oil gets through the filter it's too heavy to be passed on into the intake. The tank holds 3 oz of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, you shouldn’t see that much oil in your PCV system. Drain it every 2000-3000 miles and you will never come close to filling it. WHY J&L?J&L Oil Separators are easy install, service and flat out work! Many use OEM hoses or come complete with all hoses, custom brackets and hardware for an OEM look. Retain stock hose if you ever return to stock.

This pre-filter specifically fits the common JLT 5"x7"  S&B air filters.JLT PERFORMANCE PRE-FILTERS ARE A GREAT WAY TO ADD STYLE AND PROTECTION TO YOUR JLT COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM.  Custom made for JLT by Outerwears. Outerwears Pre-filters are designed to enhance the efficiency of any performance or exposed air filter. The Pre-filter is constructed with a proprietary polyester mesh with uniform micron openings, treated with an hydrophobic water-repellent process. The mesh is UV resistant, filters debris down to .005”, is shatter proof in freezing temperatures, and resistant to heat up to 450 degrees. The material is puncture resistant and has elasticity characteristics allowing the threads to return to the original position in the event the threads have been impacted or shifted. The manufacturing process incorporates a welded seam for strength, or reinforced industrial grade thread to fill needle holes and to reduce potential failure points in the material. The top seam utilizes specialized thread and cording (ON LARGER PIECES W/TOPS) to reinforce durability of the top. Pre-filters are designed to deflect the damaging debris, which clogs air filters, compromising peak air-flow and horsepower. The Pre-filter also extends the time between servicing intervals reducing costs and increasing convenience for the consumer. Since the Hellcat first hit the market, it's been debated as to how much safer a clutched pulley just like the OEM decoupling 3.35" would be on modified IHI Hellcat superchargers. Litens comes through with their high quality heavy duty 2.85 pulley upgrade. Using the OEM design developed specifically by Litens this pulley will reduce stress and associated wear on your supercharger's bearings and rotors.Kit Includes:1 - 2.85" Litens Supercharger Pulley1 - End Cap (dust/tamper shield)1 - 17mm Install Tool1 - HD Belt This pulley makes approximately 15 PSI on Hellcat and Trackhawk Superchargers and 18-19 PSI on Demon and RedEye Superchargers at sea level. The problem with the pulley swap options on the market over the past few years is that they lack the internal decoupling and isolating assembly found in the stock Hellcat supercharger pulley, but that has just changed. Litens High Performance – a division of the same Canadian firm that produces the stock supercharger pulley for the Hellcat Challenger, the Hellcat Charger, the Trackhawk, the Hellcat Redeye and the Demon – recently introduced the first decoupling pulley for the IHI superchargers on the modern Mopar monsters and it has a fitting name. The HellRaiser The HellRaiser pulley is produced by Litens High Performance and distributed by Tendeco to performance shops around North America. This pulley measures 2.85-inches and features the same basic structural design and the same internal decoupling design as the stock pulleys, but those stock pulleys are 3.43-inches (87mm). Where the stock pulley on the Hellcat cars and the Trackhawk deliver around 11 pounds of boost, the HellRaiser increases the boost pressure to 16psi. Development Details For those wondering, the HellRaiser pulley from Litens High Performance was developed with some very well-known members of the Mopar Performance community. Rob Laing of Litens (High Performance design team, and a drag racer himself) and John Lussier of Tendeco presented Hellcat and Demon owner Paul Georges with the idea.

This bolt on supercharger is designed to deliver maximum performance while retaining factory-like drivability and reliability. Generating 6 psi of boost, the Magnuson TVS2300 Hybrid Roots Style Supercharger delivers power gains of approximately 120 horsepower and 120 foot-pounds of torque at the rear wheels! But peak horsepower and torque numbers don’t tell the whole story. "Under the curve" power is significantly enhanced delivering near instantaneous boost and torque upon demand that really pins you back in your seat. Inside of the supercharger manifold, a large liquid-to-air intercooler keeps your Intake Air Temperatures in check and provides consistent and repeatable performance. Combine that with the front-mounted heat exchanger, electric water pump, and intercooler coolant reservoir and you have a supercharger system with IATs that are typically only 20-40 degrees (Fahrenheit) over the ambient temperature.
