Every Race Series Dayco POWERBOND balancer features a precision CNC machined AUSI 1045 forged steel hub bonded to an equally strong steel inertia ring. Advanced design means that Race Series balancers are very light for an all steel product. In most cases they are only marginally heavier than the original cast iron balancer and generally much lighter than other all steel balancers on the market. All Standard S550 axles are designed to work with the factory 34 spline differential and 32 spline wheel hubs on the GT and GT350 models

This opportunity has paved a path for testing and innovation that have allowed GForce to put axles behind some of the fastest S550’s in the world.
Outlaw and Renegade have found their home on numerous 750-900hp cars, with many pushing well beyond. Drag racers who are looking to run mid to low 8’s or really get after the short times might consider upgrading to the “exotic” outer stubs, as the standard stub starts to become a weak link. The exotic stubs were originally reserved for the complete 9” conversion kits, but we have had more and more customers pushing the limits of the factory differential in excess of 1400hp. A failure on a standard outer stub would cost considerably more than the cost to upgrade to the exotic stubs when purchasing new, so it is a good idea to consider if you know the car is going to be seeing a notable amount of abuse. Due to the increased size of these joints, the clearance between the upper forward link and GForce axle is significantly decreased. At the very minimum, clocking of the washer on this link is required.
GForce recommends the use of aftermarket Upper Forward Links on both left- and right-hand side when running GForce axles. These can be purchased from one of several manufacturers.

Disassembly
Complete disassembly of entire transmission
Casing and housings are washed vigorously
Hard parts are thoroughly inspected
Casing is thoroughly checked for any cracks or damage
Transmission Rebuild
Modified basket assemblies for better oiling and three step process for added strength and durability.
New clutch packs consisting of PURE DRIVETRAIN SOLUTIONS proprietary paper friction and steels through out the entire transmission. A and B brake along with C/D and E clutch assemblies are all addressed within the stage 1 to give stock like drivability but the holding power needed for this power level.
The torque converter ( IF SELECTED ) in this package will yield a 3000rpm stall on the foot brake all while keeping a nice tight feel for around town driving.
All gaskets, seals and rings are changed and addressed within this package. We include a brand new pan and filter element along with the fluid needed to run.
